Involved in pre-sale and post-sale technical support, including network design, installation and customer support for LAN/ WAN, metro network and security network. A candidate for this position has the opportunity to growth into senior member of the management team.
Pre-requisites:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline
- LAN/ WAN implementation background
- Experienced in LAN/ WAN TCP/IP networking and networks security
- Exposure to Gigabit Ethernet, Firewall, IDS, Server Load Balancer, Frame Relay, X.25, ISDN, voice and Multi-protocol environment is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Self-starter and team worker
- Possesses own transport as transport allowance is provided
- Able to travel

Receive, answer and direct all incoming telephone calls. To provide general secretarial support, customer service, telemarketing and in-house sales support when needed.
